Glasshaus operates from a 4,200 SF production studio in Brooklyn, NY—home to our independent music and film company, and available for select third-party productions and special events. Designed by founder Jarrett Wetherell, the space serves as the production base for our concerts and films, alongside outside work from 250+ major brands and notables guests, including:

2700 SF across three levels of distinct and timeless design. Featuring 17’ ceilings in the living room, a recording studio with baby grand piano, a billiards room, a rich collection of modern art, a chef’s kitchen, 2 beds, and 2.5 baths. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide warm south-eastern light.

Garden
1500 SF across two levels of landscape design, lounging and dining, with gas grill, multiple seating areas, and four unique sculptural artworks.

Recording Studio
1926 Baby Grand Steinway, Fender Rhodes, Mellotron M4000D, DW Drum Kit with Zildjian cymbals, Vox AC30 and HiWatt 100 amplifiers and Ampeg 8x10 cabinet. An expansive collection of microphones, electric and acoustic guitars and basses. ProTools with 16 mic preamps. QSC loudspeakers and floor wedges. The studio is where our Live at Glasshaus series is recorded in front of a studio audience of 125 guests, including Bilal: Live at Glasshaus, featuring Questlove, Common, Robert Glasper, and Burniss Travis.

120 SF garage with street access directly into the location, excellent for equipment loading, storage, staging, and crew catering.
